Biography
Anne Berthinier-Poncet holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and is currently an Associate Professor at the CNAM Paris, France, a lifelong learning university, where she teaches innovation management to professionals (evening classes at master’s level, MBA and corporate training seminars). Alongside her teaching activities, she undertakes academic research in management, in the field of innovation and territorial embeddedness. Her main research topics are focused on the management of collaborative innovation in innovation ecosystems. She studied the governance and dynamics of innovation clusters (technopoles, competitiveness clusters), “third-spaces” (fab labs and coworking spaces), as well as innovation communities. She concentrates her research on SMEs and their abilities to develop open and collaborative innovation. Her latest research deals with the outdoor sports industry and the link between innovation management and specific territorial anchorage (“playing field”), in France, Canada, and Italy.
