Biography
Lecturer in commercial law (IUS 04) at the University of International Studies of Rome, Research Fellow in Commercial Law at the Juridical Department of the University of Molise, Ph.D. at the University of Bari. Since 2011 he has been Visiting Professor of Comparative Commercial and Business Law at the East China University of Shanghai and from 2014 Permanent Speaker at the XXXII Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crimes, at Jesus College, University of Cambridge. Already a professor of commercial law at the Faculty of Economics of the LUISS Guido Carli University and the Legal Department of the University of Molise, he has been a lecturer in law of listed companies in the Law Department of the LUMSA University.
He is a lecturer in commercial law in the Masters in Business and Company Law at the LUISS Guido Carli University and in the Masters in European Law at La Sapienza University. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Institute for Corporate Governance and of the Legal and Business Research Foundation Bruno Visentini (LUISS-Ceradi). His research areas include commercial law, comparative company law, banking, and financial regulation and supervision, the European banking union, payment banking systems. Since 2013 he is Expert Consultant for the European Commission, Directorate General for EU Enlargement.
